Terms for using the Siteman website

Siteman is the brand name used on this website. The website presents the advertising agency’s services and lets you send an enquiry to discuss a project.

The website does not accept online payments. A service page or a submitted form does not create a contract, a fixed price, an exact delivery date or a commitment that a listed service is immediately available. Scope, price, timing, deliverables and acceptance criteria are agreed separately. An enquiry starts a discussion about your task.

Provide the information needed to understand your task and contact you. A successful submission means the enquiry has been stored in the system; it does not confirm immediate email delivery or acceptance of the work.

A selected meeting time is initially held for 10 minutes. The email confirmation step is separate. An expired hold does not automatically delete the booking or contact details.

Tools report observations from an available source and one connection point at the time of a request. A result may come from a five-minute cache. It is not a full technical audit, continuous monitoring or confirmation of website security or search rankings.

DNS records do not prove that a domain is available to register. Registration data for .az is not currently available through the permitted RDAP/HTTPS source; check the status with a registrar. For an important decision, verify the result through further checks and a specialist's assessment.

AzIk is an optional AI assistant. Its answers may be incomplete or incorrect; have a specialist check a suggested solution before applying it. A chat answer does not create a separately agreed quotation, price or commitment to perform work.

Do not send passwords, API keys, payment details, confidential documents or other people's personal information through forms or chat. External processing and storage of the chat history are described in the Privacy policy.

• Submit only text, files and materials that you have the right to provide and use.
• Run checks on your own resources or resources you are authorised to test.
• Do not submit malicious files or use the website for unauthorised access, attacks, bypassing security or unlawfully collecting other people's information.
• Do not send requests that disrupt the service or seek to bypass its protective limits.

Use website materials in line with their legal status and the rights available to you. Naming this website or a source does not itself grant a right to use someone else's material. Following an external link may make the destination website's terms and information-handling rules relevant.

These explanations of tool and AI limitations do not remove mandatory rights available to you under applicable rules. The terms of a separate service agreement are considered separately for the work concerned.
