What we need to start
The project objective, audience, brand materials, examples and preferences. If you have run campaigns, include their description and available reports. Public forms do not request passwords or API keys.
Start with the journey
Finding a service, completing a form and placing an order call for different decisions. Design connects the sequence of actions with the information needed at each point. This provides the basis for visual hierarchy, navigation and component behaviour.

Frequently asked questions
How is the prototype checked before development?
The main tasks are walked through in the prototype: finding a section, completing a form, handling errors and returning to a previous step. Mobile states and incomplete information are discussed. Separate user research is included where it is needed and agreed for the project.
