What we need to start
A description of the task, your existing website if any, and available materials. Access is shared through an agreed secure channel. Public forms do not request passwords or API keys.
Make the enquiry path visible
A useful integration distinguishes whether an enquiry was accepted, a record was created and the next action completed. These stages are checked separately. Saving a form and sending a notification are different from delivery to its recipient, so each step needs an observable outcome.
