Updated:
Necessary cookies support sessions and form protection. Google Analytics 4 starts automatically on eligible public pages of siteman.az and www.siteman.az, subject to browser privacy signals. The cookie notice is informational: closing it only hides the banner and does not control analytics.
The siteman-session cookie
The siteman-session cookie links your browser to its current server-side session. It supports form security, submission feedback and session-based meeting and chat features. A standard session expires after 120 minutes of inactivity. Expired server-side sessions are cleaned on a schedule.
XSRF-TOKEN
XSRF-TOKEN is a service cookie used as part of protection against forged form requests. It helps check that a submitted request matches the current session. It is not used for advertising or visitor profiling. Deleting it or blocking service cookies may require you to refresh the form.
The information notice
Closing the cookie notice is remembered in browser localStorage as siteman-essential-notice. This is not a cookie; the entry has no automatic expiry and may remain until you or your browser clears the website’s data.
The notice is informational. Closing it only hides it; this neither starts nor stops analytics and does not confirm consent. The website offers no analytics accept or reject buttons. Google Analytics 4 starts automatically on eligible public pages of the main website. Global Privacy Control (GPC) and Do Not Track (DNT) signals block it regardless of the notice state.
Google analytics cookies
When analytics starts automatically on eligible public pages of siteman.az and www.siteman.az, Google Analytics 4 may create _ga and _ga_… cookies to distinguish browsers and sessions. These cookies are limited to the current host, use HTTPS and have Secure and SameSite=Lax settings. They expire up to 180 days after creation; later events do not extend that expiry. GPC and DNT signals block analytics from starting. The necessary siteman-session and XSRF-TOKEN cookies retain their purpose.
Session technical data and UTM
The server-side session may contain connection details, including your IP address and User-Agent. These technical records are not included in local statistical totals. The first source and accepted UTM details may be retained only in an existing session, with an attribution window of up to 30 days. This does not extend the session's 120-minute inactivity limit.
A copy of source details may be added when you submit an enquiry. No separate automatic deletion period has been set for that copy. Clearing your browser does not delete an enquiry already sent to the database.
How local statistics differ
Local statistics are server-side daily counters grouped by Baku date, type of action, page and language. Clicks, enquiry stages and form/API errors may be counted in this format. These statistics contain no IP addresses, contact details, messages or persistent visitor identifiers. A short-lived record of an event is cached for one hour to recognise a repeat.
This mechanism creates no separate analytics cookie or visitor profile. Browser Global Privacy Control (GPC) and Do Not Track (DNT) signals are respected for click and error statistics.
External analytics and AzIk
Google Analytics 4 starts automatically on eligible public pages of siteman.az and www.siteman.az; the information notice state does not affect it. GPC or DNT blocks analytics. The owner, administrative pages, previews and other hosts are excluded. The Privacy policy describes the events and information sent.
Google Tag Manager, remarketing, Google Signals, advertising personalisation and GA4 enhanced measurement are disabled. External font services are not loaded. Messages sent to AzIk are processed separately through a Cloudflare Worker and the Anthropic API; the content sent is described in the Privacy policy.
Browser controls
Browser settings let you delete or restrict cookies and localStorage. Global Privacy Control (GPC) and Do Not Track (DNT), where supported and enabled in your browser, block this Google Analytics 4 integration from starting. The website has no separate analytics switch. Deleting cookies alone does not guarantee that collection will stop: they may be created again on the next eligible page load unless your browser blocks analytics.
Deleting siteman-essential-notice may make the notice reappear; this does not change analytics behaviour. Clearing session data may reset form state and session-based features; you may need to refresh a form before submitting it.
Clearing your browser does not erase information already sent to Google, server-side enquiries, bookings, chat history, email copies or backups. Send a request about this information to info@siteman.az or through the contact form.
